Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Detailer platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Detailer provides a service designed for car detailing studios and independent detailers. The Service allows you to:

• Create a branded landing page on a subdomain or custom domain
• List services, upload gallery photos, and customize your page template
• Accept online bookings from your customers
• Manage appointments, availability, and studio settings from a dashboard

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice when practicable.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. Notify us immediately at support@detailers.autos if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Detailer offers a paid subscription plan with a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial, no payment is required. At the end of the trial, you must enter a valid payment method to continue using the Service.

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with advance notice to existing subscribers.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to your account after reasonable notice.

As a Detailer account holder, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Ensure content on your landing page is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights
• Comply with applicable laws regarding customer data you collect through bookings
• Respond to your customers' inquiries and honor appointments made through your page
• Not misrepresent your services, pricing, or availability

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written consent
• Use the platform to collect data for purposes unrelated to running your detailing studio

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

Detailer and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including software, templates, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, service descriptions, business information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Detailer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the dashboard and public page will end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Detailer is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
